PROPOSAL OF FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATION FOR NEW GENERATION DIGITAL LEARNING DEMAND IN ENGINEERING

Millennial generation, starting from twelve-year-olds up to adolescents, is one of the most complicated generational cohorts; its ecosystem, beyond formal and non-formal education boundaries, more diverse than for any other previous generation. Digital learners prefer a digital learning environment, as advantage control over time, place, way pace, enabling you impersonate an educational institution, applying smart personal network which consists 3 domains: applied technologies; reflexive pedagogy century [1]; environment [2], thus without confrontation education, but rather with consolidation resources promote engineering development at school, higher establishments informal activities – projects, scientists’ night events, open days, interest-related programmes, etc.Goal research analyse proposal new generation demand identify examples good practice in engineering, based on identified leaning criteria obtained result theoretical analysis.
